Mindful Face Lab

Face, body, and nervous system in one gentle practice

If your face tires with you, the work is not only about the face.

Mindful Face Lab combines Awareness Through Movement via the Feldenkrais Method® with face practices so you can ease facial and bodily tension, feel more at home in your body, support your face in a natural, non-invasive way, and weave real self-care into everyday life.

Live sessions + recordings + quick guides

The gap

Most people try to work only on the face

But the face almost never lives on its own. The neck, jaw, ribcage, breathing, posture, how you walk, sit, get tired, and hold tension all day shape it. Sometimes a new cream or one more face technique is not enough. What helps is a more integrated path.

Who is it for

When working only on the face is no longer enough

This program is for you if you want a gentler, more integrated path that fits real life.

Your face feels more tired and heavy

You want to understand what in your body and state sits underneath - not only mask it.

You do not want Botox, but you are unsure what to do instead

You want a natural, non-invasive path without forcing yourself.

Body tension shows up in the face

Neck, jaw, ribcage, and breathing matter more than it seems.

You know a lot about skincare, but there is no system

You want one clear practice instead of chaotic attempts.

You want understanding - not only exercises

You need the link: body, face, state, nervous system, and everyday life.

You want care woven into life, not postponed

So practices can live in the shower, in pauses, and in the evening - not only in a perfect schedule.

Approach

What Mindful Face Lab weaves together

Awareness Through Movement

Feldenkrais® as the foundation

Gentle movement and attention help you notice extra tension, shift unhelpful patterns, and find more support, ease, and calm. This is not face gym through strain - it is a subtler way to change state from within.

Face practices

Short rituals for real life

10-15 minute practices fit morning, shower, pauses, skincare, or evening. They ease tension, improve how your face feels, and support a softer, more alive expression without fighting yourself.

Six weeks of gentle practice: face, body, and nervous system.

How it works

Inner state shifts first, then it shows outwardly

As bodily and facial tension eases, the face softens, some holding releases, posture and head feel different, and there is more presence, aliveness, and contact with yourself.

Inside the program

6 weeks, each weaving together one face practice and one somatic lesson

Week 1

Morning practice in bed + lesson on the eyes

A soft start: your first face routine and a somatic lesson on the eyes.

Week 2

Morning practice in the shower + lesson on the jaw

Linking skincare, jaw, and oral organization to ease accumulated facial tension.

Week 3

Practice while applying cream + lesson on breathing

Working with breath and ribcage so the face is not alone with the day’s tension.

Week 4

Practice while waiting + lesson on shoulders and chest

How to weave care into traffic, queues, between-tasks pauses, and reopen space in the upper body.

Week 5

Evening practice in the bath + lesson on the nostrils

An evening routine and subtle work with breath, face, and a sense of freshness.

Week 6

Evening practice in bed + lesson on the ears

A final week for integration, softness, and a more alive sense of yourself in face and body.

What else is included

Not only live sessions, but everything that helps the practice actually stick

Recordings

You can return to them at your own pace instead of trying to hold everything at once.

Visual cheat sheets

With photos, hand placement, and short notes for each practice.

Extra materials

Sessions with a nutritionist, notes on actives, and how body, tension, and face connect.

Recordings, guides, and live meetups - so the practice really lands in your life.

Who leads

Somatic work plus face practices as one system

Common questions

What people usually want to clarify before joining

No. The face connects to the body, posture, jaw, breathing, and overall state. The program works through a wider system - not a single zone.

Yes. It is a natural, non-invasive path without promises of a magical face makeover.

It is a somatic learning method based on attention, movement, and exploring sensations. These lessons are not about "doing it right" but about noticing how you move, breathe, hold tension, and how that can gently shift the state of your body and face.

The format helps you return rather than nail a perfect plan. Practices are built to ease into real life.

No. It is embodied attention. You follow movement and voice rather than trying to meditate correctly.

A system you can continue in real life - and an invitation to the Mindful Face community as the next supportive step.

If natural, non-invasive beauty through the body, attention, and gentle depth resonates with you

Mindful Face Lab can become a new form of self-care, not just one more course
